"Nice facility, and the people there are usually great… if it’s an in person interaction. The rudeness I was shown over the phone changed my view. Just picking up the phone and immediately hanging up? Very unprofessional behavior. When I finally did manage to have someone (her name was Donna) pick up the phone and talk to me, the attitude seemed to be that you didn’t matter one iota. Taking my business elsewhere."
